Due to the construction of the house it wasn't a straightforward installation but Michael talked me through the options and with a bit of planning we were able to find a satisfactory solution. Recently we had an Electrical emergency at our property, which with the current situation was worrying given the limited availability of tradesmen. One call to Perth City Electric had it solved, promptly and professionally.
Having never used this company before we were unsure what to expect, however with PCE being local in the area and the proprietor, Michael being so professional on the telephone, we felt reassured and confident in the service.
What we thought to be an emergency turned out to be a straightforward job, with Michael and his young apprentice swapping out our distribution board (new word learned) for a new version - incorporating the latest RCD protection, keeping us extra safe!
The installation was completely tested and we were issued with an installation certificate thereafter that is valid for 10 years, for piece of mind! PCE also provided a 1 year warranty on all parts and labour to boot!
Overall a quality and reliable service, excellent communication, on time on the day, a fair price and even tidied up after and removed all waste! We would definitely use again and thank Michael and Perth City Electric for their efforts.
